Individual Implants

Dr. Orphanos placed the dental implants. This case is also exceptionally challenging because this young patient has an extremely high smile line.

If the dental implants are not placed perfectly, they cannot achieve the final aesthetic result with implant crowns.

As a result it would not be possible. Dr. Orphanos was able to place the implant perfectly and the perfect result was achieved.

This patient fractured their crown. They also placed an implant and made a custom abutment and an implant crown.

The purpose of an implant is to imitate nature and have the most natural appearance possible.

Today, this patient forgets what the implant is and what their natural teeth are illustrating the lasting natural appearance of implants.

That is why this photo taken two years after the implant, to show that the implanted tooth still looks natural.

This photo was taken 3 years after work. Also, these natural-looking teeth are not teeth at all but a dental implant bridge. Implants were placed and an implant bridge was also manufactured resulting in a “real look” and not a false smile.
