Dr. Prusakowski is highly trained endodontic specialist who attended the prestigious post-graduate program at Albert Einstein Medical Center. Prior to specializing in Endodontics he was commissioned as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy Dental Corps, and served for 4 years providing dental care to active duty members of the Navy and Marine Corps. He is currently Board-Eligible in pursuit of certification by the American Board of Endodontics.
Dr. Prusakowski performs his endodontic procedures using a precision dental operating microscope. This technology allows him to work with complete visibility through a smaller access cavity in the tooth- which keeps the tooth stronger and prevents issues with untreated areas in the tooth that happen when there is not adequate visibility.
Dr. Prusakowski is a founding member of the International Academy of Endodontics, a group of the premiere endodontic clinicians from around the world which meets yearly to promote non-commercial endodontic and scientific continuing education for its membership. He lectures nationally for Orapharma on their anesthetic buffering system and is a member of the Onset Speaker Bureau, to educate dentists and specialists on how to give pain-free and predictable dental anesthesia. In his free time he enjoys golf, playing with his dogs, and traveling with his wife Dr. Jennifer Statler.
